Cancellation & Refund Policy
At VROOMS, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our fleet operations.
Booking Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations must be requested by contacting our support team with your Booking ID.
Refund eligibility is based on the time of cancellation:
- More than 24 hours before start time → Full refund (excluding any payment gateway charges, if applicable)
- 12 to 24 hours before start time → 50% refund of the booking amount
- Less than 12 hours before start time → No refund
Once the rental period has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Booking Modifications
- Date or time changes are subject to vehicle availability.
- Any difference in pricing due to modification must be paid before confirmation.
- Modified bookings follow the same cancellation rules as new bookings.
Cancellation by VROOMS
In rare situations (vehicle issues, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances), VROOMS may cancel a booking.
In such cases:
- A full refund will be issued, or
- An alternative vehicle will be offered (subject to availability).
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Refunds apply only to confirmed payments.
- Booking ID must be mentioned in all cancellation requests.
- No refunds for no-shows or failure to produce valid documents at the service point.
