Eligibility to Rent

To rent a vehicle, the customer must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid Indian driving license
• Provide accurate personal and booking information

VROOMS reserves the right to refuse service if eligibility criteria are not met.

Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are provided strictly for personal use.
• Commercial use, ride-sharing, towing, racing, or off-road driving is prohibited unless explicitly approved.
• The renter is responsible for following all traffic laws and local regulations.

Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level.
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level.
• Fuel shortages may incur additional charges.

Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

• Customers must inspect the vehicle at the service point.
• Any pre-existing damage will be recorded before handover.
• The renter is responsible for traffic violations, parking fines, and damage caused during the rental period.

Charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification.
• Customers must mention the Booking ID while making payment.
• VROOMS reserves the right to cancel unverified bookings.

Late Returns

• Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges.
• Continuous delays without notice may lead to penalties or legal action.

Termination of Rental

VROOMS may terminate the rental immediately if terms are violated, the vehicle is misused, or safety concerns arise.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

• VROOMS is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• VROOMS is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party issues.
