VROOMS Car Rental — Car Attachment Terms & Conditions

Please read and accept the terms before submitting your vehicle for approval.

  1. If any vehicle owner signs an agreement with us, then out of the total booking amount of the vehicle, 60% will go to the car owner and 40% will go to Vrooms.
  2. The vehicle will be returned in the same body condition as it was provided to us by the owner.
  3. If, at the time of handing over the vehicle to us, there is any pre-existing damage to the wheels or engine, then Vrooms will not be held responsible for it.
  4. All vehicle paperwork such as insurance, pollution certificate, etc. will be handled by the vehicle owner.
  5. Once the vehicle is with us:
    • If the vehicle remains booked for all 30 days in a month, the company will make full payment.
    • If the vehicle remains booked for only 15 days and unbooked for 15 days, then Vrooms will not make any payment for the unbooked days.
  6. After the vehicle is handed over to us, if any accident occurs:
    • If the repair cost exceeds ₹50,000, the repair work will be covered through an insurance claim.
    • If the repair cost is below ₹50,000, the customer will bear the cost.
    • If, due to the accident, the vehicle remains in the showroom for 10 days, Vrooms will collect a certain amount from the customer and pay it to the owner accordingly.
